The shoes I received had an animal print not the polka dot pattern I choose when I ordered them.I get the “no two pairs are alike” in your fine print covers this. But the two patterns are very different!No one answered my email when I wrote to ask what happened?
I ordered a pair of Oliver Cabells in early December. They didn’t fit right and I returned them a day later. It is now more than six weeks later and the return has not been processed. They have received the return but have not issued the refund. In order for online shopping to work, returns must be returned quickly.
I wrote a review on 5 Dec 2022. Oliver Cabell replied saying they want to find out more. I posted the details and no one reached out to me. They just want to be seen as caring but did nothing.Placed order, noticed a error and contact them within 5 min but was told 48 hours later that it was too late. Cost me $70 to send the goods back when it should not have happened.Their customer service is so bad that they should not be in business.
