I took a chance and it paid off. Unlike many designer shoes that just look good, these sneakers are very comfortable. I have purchased many designer brands over the years and only a few are comfortable as well as designed the way I like. OC’s are one of the best sneakers I have purchased period. I love them. They did take a while to get but it was worth the wait.
So, I ordered some shoes, got charged but barely heard about shipping, etc. Was not sure they were coming. Came 45-60 days later. I had by then bought some other shoes and was traveling when they came. I missed the 30 day window to return and then had to take 10 photos and wait a few weeks to get approval to send back for store credit. Not a user friendly experience, unclear policy. I won't order again.
I only tried the shoes becuase of a lady on youtube was advertising them for mens fashion. The website was confusing to me and I needed a size 10.5. The shoes i have are larger. I would really like a full refund or a partial refund of the 200 plus dollars I paid for the shoes.
