Not Satisfied with Experience. I’m pretty sure I ordered a 7-1/2…

I’m pretty sure I ordered a 7-1/2 (because that’s what I wear) and if it mentioned no half sizes, I would have gone up a size. A size 7 came and of course too small. It was necessary to return, money was taken off the top of my credit automatically because I was returning and then I had to pay International shipping, no help from OC. At that point, I was out of a lot of money. Will never make that mistake again.

Nice material but poor execution

Not sure what happened but it took my package almost a month to arrive. One of the insoles also came very wrinkled and the gold prints is almost fading away on the other insole.

the shoes didnt fit and still dont have refund

the shoes didnt fit.. i sent them back, unworn, original packaging. the company states they were received but the " internal review team" has not yet released my refund TWO weeks later. I would never shop here again

I love the shoes

I love the shoes, I get a ton of compliments on them. My only complaint is the shipping I paid for expedited shipping and it still took 2 weeks, so don’t wast the money on shipping. Otherwise, well worth the money.

Not a good decision!

Ordered a pair. Never got confirmation until after many many unanswered emails. Then finally shoes arrived…about three weeks after I had hoped they would come. They are the most uncomfortable shoes I have ever put on my feet. Want to return but who knows whether I can since I have worn them. Do not be lured by the massive amounts of advertising for this brand!
