I purchased the Low 1 Black recently, I had the Low 1 Sea Salt a couple of months. The shoes are well built, takes a while to break in to fit comfortably. I’m normally a size 9.5,& I ordered size 10 for both shoes. My ONLY COMPLAINT are the laces that comes with the shoes..the shoelaces (50 in) are ridiculously too SHORT for a shoe that has 8 sets of eyelets. I have to find a much longer replacement shoe laces for both shoes. Maybe if you have super skinny feet, you can probably squeeze and tighten the laces. I’m not sure if the design of the shoes itself is to just let the shoe laces dangle on the side, but there’s ABSOLUTELY NO Way you can tie the shoe with a 50 inches lace treading on 8 sets of eyelets.
The worse online customer support I have EVER experienced. I was charged for a pair of in-stock shoes and they never shipped. Took 4 days to get a reply and longer should you have any follow up questions. Issues remains unresolved….
I’ve ordered one pair of shoes and one distressed set on 11 Dec 2022 and guaranteed to ship in 3-5 days. However, until now all purchases are still missing. After 2 weeks of my purchase, i email them to enquire the shipment. They claimed their arrangement has been delayed due to their computer update and they’ll prioritise my order. But they haven’t kept their promise. Then, i email them, contacted them via their webpage & messenger, they ignored me and have not responded me totally.One month passed already, no response and no products to me. Oliver Cabell made me very disappointed. I’ve chosen you people among a number of brands but i told myself i’ve made a wrong choice. You people cheated your customers by receiving the order, collected their money and ran away without sending the goods. Chaotic situations / arrangements of your company? Fiscal problems? Prepare to cheat your customers? Please send me my order as soon as possible. My order is #272598Finally, I’ve received the order one week ago. Unfortunately, something is still missing in my order. I ordered a pair of shoes and a Distressed Kit but the pack of 24 cleansing wipes is missing. Please send the missing stuff to me as soon as possible.
