Horrible

I got an email notification saying my shoes were delivered but they were not. I emailed your customer service multiple times about it before I heard back. One week later I was told my shoes were never made and I’m still waiting for a refund two weeks later. I will go out of my way to tell people how terrible this company is.

I was expecting the shoes earlier so I reached out to Customer Service who responded quickly and the shoes were shipped then.. luckily I got them on the day of my office party which was perfect!! I wore them and was complimented on tnem! They were glittering and pretty! Thank you!

Wrong size shoes received…

Placed two separate orders spending over $500 and all three pairs of shoes were delivered 1 size smaller absolutely ridiculous. Kids opened their gifts and were very disappointed....
