Review Time
Ordered a pair of "pre-order" women's shoes November 17, 2022. Based on the "pre-order" information provided in the product listing I expected they would be shipped in early Dec. They were not. Then I was told 12/22/22 my shoes were being created in their Italian factory and would be on their way to me soon. It is now 1/10/2023. I don't have my shoes and the website describes my order as "unfulfilled." Further, unlike most reputable companies that bill you only when the order is shipped shipped, they charged my credit card on the date of order 11/17/2022. I have now requested that they cancel my order and refund my payment.
My online order was initially confirmed however after not hearing anything about shipment for over 3 weeks I emailed Customer Service to inquire about the status. Doing so elicited a response notifying me that they were out of stock in that size/model and would not be re-stocking. Would have expected a proactive notification of this info shortly after receipt of my order and not 3 wks later based on my reaching out.
I love my shoes, but the trim started coming off. I let the company know, but they only offered a 30% discount on my next pair. I paid $265.00 for my shoes and had them for 6 months. I felt they should have sent me another pair. Unfortunately they did not agree. I haven’t been able to let myself buy another pair even though I liked them so much. I bought the Demi design.
Love the shoes. I ordered on 11/14/22. The shoes did not ship until 11/29/22. There was no communication between the order date and the shipping date. I was kinda thinking I would hear something. I kept checking online for status updates. Once the order shipped, they arrived quickly and in good shape. But about a week or ten days after my shoes arrived, I wished I had waited a month to order them - If I had ordered 12/14/22 instead of 11/14/22 I would have received a free pair of slides! Still, I love the shoes...and consequently, I gave you guys a 5 star review on your website. I just expected a bit more communication regarding the 15 day wait for shipping and kinda wish I'd waited to order to get the free slides offer.
My experience wasn’t the greatest, purchased shoes on preorder, all good know I have to wait feel like the wait was about 12months which seemed a bit long. When they arrived liked them all good, however after about 3 months of minimal wear showed sign of a flaw in the stitching, to be clear I didn’t get them caught in anything..I didn’t think much of it at first so just ignored it. Sadly 6 months the stitching continued to come out and grow so I decided to see if I could get replaced or repaired. When I contacted OC about it they said I was well out of warranty and that nothing could be done. I thought if nothing they would have covered getting the stitching redone but simply said it was out of warranty. For a $300 pair of shoes the quality wasn’t there for me and the after service was poor.
