Customer service is super lame

The shoes are great but customer service does not resolve issues and takes weeks and weeks to respond and then, they just stop.

Do not buy their shoes

This company’s customer service is terrible. They lie. They advertised a different shoe than was actually sent. No refund was offered. Will never be buying from them again.

I bought my first pair of OCs about a year ago and love them! I recently ordered another pair but unfortunately they didn't fit quite right. After submitting a return request I was really impressed with the OC team's willingness to help me out. They made the entire experience incredibly easy. And now I look forward to order another pair soon!

Changed sizing chart

Last year i ordered a pair of baskets in US size 7 and received a size 38 eur. They were perfect in size,so this year i ordered another pair in size 7, but received a 37eur. After waiting many months for the order to arrive, of course i was disappointed. But was then told it was my fault for not looking at the sizing chart which had recently changed. I asked if they would repay the postage from Belgium. The answer was NO. Bad service for expensive products.I Will not be ordering again,which is a shame as I love the shows
