On going issue this company since…

On going issue this company since November 2023, this is actually the worst of worst experience by far! My issue has still not been resolved. I received a faulty shoe front end is actually not gluded, stitching has undone, scruff marks, and yellow glue. That’s a brand new shoe from this company. They offered me a $20 compensation. But on Instagram they are offering $50 off. Are you kidding me right now. I received a faulty shoe. And I can’t get a refund or exchange. Buyers be aware, also they delete your comments on Instagram.

Long delivery time

The shoe is nice, the delivery experience however was very much less enjoyable I waited between 3/4 weeks. If you need them in a hurry or in a normal expected delivery timeframe maybe don’t order them directly from the website

Still waiting for my order to ship

Still waiting for my order to ship! I believe I ordered a shoe horn and some laces a month ago. I’ve order 3 pairs of shoes and wooden shoes in the past and it’s always taking so very long to receive my purchases.

Great shoes… not a great return process

Really good shoe, excellent quality. Unfortunately, they were about half a size too small so I had to return. Returning from the UK cost me £30 postage plus OC took $35 via their returns process. Not sure I would buy again purely in case I have to return them and it costs me (a lot of) money to do so.

Quality of shoes

Quality of shoes, in particular materials and build, is great. Packaging and presentation are also very nice and support the premium feel. Shipping took a day longer than what I paid for and for that reason I couldn’t wear them for a wedding.

Weak customer service system

The shipping took a long time but no update. When I asked for an update, the response took 3 days. It got me worried that if it were a fraudulent online shop. The response was system error. If it was then you should keep clients updated frequently, let them know proactively about the shipping status. Jaz was good but the system was inefficient. All they know is to send me marketing emails, bombarded my mailbox.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. My order didn't come for over a month and then there was an item missing. After constant emails to customer service, no one gets back to you for weeks on end. Brutal!! Will never order again. On top of that, one of the bracelets I ordered broke after 3 days of wearing it. My husband's Christmas gift, broken after three days!. Horribly made, cheap and not worth it and worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

The quality of the Cuban chain looked very cheap and didn’t look like what it did in the photos. I returned the product as soon as I received it and after a month and a half they have not refunded me the money. I talked to support through email and they said to wait 10 days or so and it’s been longer than that I still haven’t been refunded. They came up on some free money by not refunding me after this long

My package never showed up and all I got offered was 70$ store credit. Thank you.EDIT: Since Oliver Cabell responded with incorrect information: The customer service team did NOT offer to reship the package. The team offered 70$ store credit so that I could buy ANOTHER pair of these shoes to be shipped to a different address.The specific response from the rep:"""I truly understand your situation and I want to help you in any way I can; however, we are not able to process a refund on orders that are marked as delivered, given that DHL only accepts a claim for packages that are damaged or lost in transit.But we can provide you a store credit worth $70 so you can get a new pair at cost.Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with. """If you had offered to reship my original package then of course I would have readily accepted. However, that was not the case. I was offered the opportunity to pay for another order and have it ship to a different address which I had no guarantees on it being safely delivered so I decided to cut my losses.Happy to include screenshots and receipts for further proof if necessary. Yes, this is petty. Yes, I am still upset.
