Very disappointed. Lots of issues included delayed delivery, poor response times and very off sizing…I was excited about these shoes but from deliberate to fit to customer service, this has been a negative experience and not worth the shoes. I order three pair in different styles for a trip. The first pair arrived late which happened to be after the trip. That was ok but the when i tried on the shoes (i ordered based on their online sizing tool), the shoes were enormous on my feet. Immediately reached out to customer service and they said that i could return them and why dont they adjust the size for the next pair that hadn’t shipped yet. Sounded great but when i tried to use the online return portal, it didnt recognize the order number. I reached out to customer service but didnt hear back for several days. They just instructed me to do it again. Meanwhile, the 2nd pair arrived and were extremely small. I’m not saying both of these pairs of shoes were a little off in sizing, they are EXTREMELY off in sizing. Back with customer service and we have gone around and around that the online portal doesnt work. at one point they acknowledged this AND then told me to try again only for it not to work again and now they are saying i am outside of my return window. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the SHOES or the COMPANY to anyone i care about.
The absolute worst!! I expected so much more based on the images and social media. They arrived late, scuffed and were the MOST uncomfortable sneaker that I have ever put on. When I requested to return, they wanted photos “to ensure new condition “ and would only offer a credit. I wouldn’t pay $50 for this shoe and feel that the price is way more than they are worth
The products and shoes are above average. I am frustrated with the shipping process. Once an order is placed, it takes weeks to finally get the shipment delivered. In this day and age with easy shipping in two or three days, it creates an unsatisfactory experience.
Amazing quality products at better prices, smooth and quick purchase and delivery, will be purchasing more when they put products on sale or send me coupons. My friends love the shoes too, they bought some pairs as well! Thank you!
order #262772I placed an order back in October '22. Have been in communication with customer service but really only after I left a review on this site. Seems to be the only way to get anyones attention. I purchased a pair of shoes that had an issue with the structure of the heel. I returned for refund after 2 weeks of owning. they refuse to refund, claiming it was caused by me. They offered a replacement shoe. I emailed them a couple weeks back with the model and size to have sent. They have not replied to 3 email communications.So they've charged me, have the returned shoes, I have no product as they hold my money and ignore my communications. For this day and age you would expect much better customer service.Hopefully this will get my exchange processed, even though what I really wanted was a refund. Buy at your own risk
Many of the reviews here resonate the same issue I faced. The shoes feel plastic - extremely uncomfortable and will give you blisters. Even if you size up, the terrible fit+ cheap materials will make your feet bleed. Scam marketing/product at this point. Avoid.
The shoes look good but are slightly smaller than other size 46 - I’d hoped the leather would give a bit but it’s very tough leather. If the size was right this would be great but unfortunately the shoes are super uncomfortable to wear now and probably too late to return for another size
Really bad customer service and product. I ordered the high tops on Oct. 19. Under the shoes on the website it literally said “ships in Oct.” After waiting until the end of the first week of November, I sent a quick e-mail to the company to get an update. At that time, I was informed that my order would be delayed at least two weeks due to “issues” on their end. When asked if they could send me a different pair in the meantime so I could at least see if they fit, the customer service representative suggested “I come to their store in New York” to try them on. Comical and rude all at the same time. After a few more e-mails with customer service and pointing out the website clearly was misrepresenting the inventory available, they chose to never fix the issue. Yep, just continued to tell on people on their site their orders would ship in October even though it was already November. Further, I was later informed after pushing a bit that they were actually inventory issues on their end and that they had no high tops in stock. I finally got my shoes end of November… and they are poor quality. First time putting on the high tops, pulled the back strap so so lightly to get them on… the leather on the back ripped. I do like the look of the shoes generally, but I would caution anyone looking at the high tops to look somewhere else.
