Review Time
The order took months to ship. When I finally got them they looked nice. However, one of the most uncomfortable shoes that I have purchased. They hurt my feet. Believe me I have bought ALOT of shoes. Really wanted them to work out and buy more. Please work on quality of fit.
Shipped me the wrong color. Slow responses with no proper remedy. After multiple back and forths, their final response was for me to pay for shipping the wrong pair back before they can ship the correct pair. Consequence is I have to pay shipping and likely another duty on the new pair.
Precious shoes.After an extensive back order, the shoes shipped but by that time I had moved and they were not forwarded to my new address. I finallyI received the shoes and they were stiffer than I could wear. I tried to return them but it was passed the 30 day window. I emailed and called. Several email responses were that they were reviewing my issue. Needless to say I got stuck with the shoes that I couldn’t wear. I gave them away!
The colors on the website are misleading. My shoes looked white on the website and they were off-white/cream colored when I got the shoes. The shoes are also very bulky. I'm happy you're making vegan shoes but I spent quite a bit of money on shoes I'm probably never going to wear.
I have ordered 4 pairs of OC shoes. Only once did I get the actual shoes that I ordered. Second, the extended wait time between order/payment and actual receipt of shoes is excessive. We need to stop using the same tag line "global pandemic/supply chain issues" as an excuse. I get you don't own your manufacturing capability, you are simply a marketing business, but don't market things you can't fulfill.
