Review Time
About 4 months into wearing these shoes occasionally, a stitch came undone. I contacted OC to inquire, and was told the following:"I have reviewed your order and through further checking, this is past our 60-day warranty and the 30-day return policy.Unfortunately, we do not currently provide repair services."For a $220 pair of shoes, not the experience you'd expect.
First of all, it took about a month longer than told to receive the shoes, I ended up getting two pairs instead of the one I ordered, and I was charged for both. When I tried to contact the company, I had no response and by the time I finally got a response, it was too late to return one of the pairs of shoes. They look really great but are very uncomfortable, I get blisters every time I wear them. I'm definitely disappointed with the entire experience and having been charged twice, I could've bought a pair of Golden Goose!
