Customer service good. Shoes really uncomfortable

Good customer service, however unfortunately the shoes are the most uncomfortable I have owned. I have been (trying) to wear them for over 6mths now and still get blisters where they fold.

It took several months to get my shoes

It took several months to get my shoes. I had planned on giving it as a gift. I had to purchase another gift since this item arrived months after I expected it. When I emailed to inquire they said it’s not possible to cancel the order. Terrible customer service!

Stiff and no break-in

I felt the fit of the shoes were very stiff through the mid foot. I assumed that they would break in and be more comfortable over time, but they remained stiff and never became comfortable to wear.
