Incredibly good and control on…

Incredibly good and control on manufacturing. I have settled on these shoes for as long as they exist. My issue is with at least four pairs, it is harder to rationalise.

DONT BUY FROM THEM -If I could less than one star I would

If I could less than one star I would. This company is awful their customer service is non existent. We paid for expedited shipping to still not have received the item four months later. If you have to buy these shoes don’t buy them direct from the company. Their response below showing two orders to my email is inaccurate - trying to make themselves seems less incompetent. Don't order from them you will be sorry.

Expect long delays and no updates

I placed an order from the UK on April 28th 2022 and received my order on November 7th 2022. I contacted Oliver Cabell 5 times for updates and every time the delivery date was delayed another month. The most frustrating thing about the experience was that I always had to ask for an update and it was not made clear to me when I placed the order that there would be such a long delay. I actually placed my order immediately after receiving a stock notification update from Oliver Cabell. It seems like these shoes are made to order and they are made in Europe and exported back to America before being shipped to the UK. Therefore, expect a long delay if you live in the UK.

Product/service Rubbish, stick to common projects !

Don’t waste your money on this rubbish, buy yourself a common projects. They don’t cover all the shipping costs. Stay away if you are outside the US. The quality is not on par. Mine came used and creased up. They told it doesn’t matter they gonna crease anyway. Mine trainers also came with red marks on them and they told to just clean them lol. It defeats the purpose of buying a ‘new' pair of trainers. Terrible customer service. Stick with common projects trust me people, well worth the money. They didn’t even offer me anything for giving me used trainers. This company are what you call scum.

The fit is all wrong

The fit is all wrong. 8 months later and the shoes are still uncomfortable. I can't use them for more than an hour or so.

I am very disappointed in the customer…

I am very disappointed in the customer service w/ Oliver Cabell. I bought what should be my size shoe and it's huge. They refused to do an exchange (but a return, an exchange!) bc it as after 30 days. Shame on them!!! Love their style and shoes but refuse to be a customer.

Quality shoes, great prices…

Quality shoes and quality customer service. I own 2 pairs of Low 1’s and couldn’t be more satisfied. They’re of equal quality and design to their much more costly competitors. I’d say I’d buy another pair but I reckon my shoes will last a lifetime.
