Significant wear of the leather on the inside of the shoe toward the toe within 5-10 light wears. I emailed the company and sent photos and they told me it was my fault and, "it looked like a user error, like it was scraped on something" and they couldn't do anything to help me... nor could they offer any suggestion for how to remedy it. Unbelievably poor customer service. Luckily, I found leather paint to retouch it every few months, which did the trick for a year before I threw them away.
Very nice shoes, especially for the price and the fact that the pricing is transparent.The white color has held up very well over the past several months that I've owned these shoes. I am not very nice to my shoes, and so mine are now kinda messy. However, the shoe itself has held up very well, with no tears in the leather or holes for the shoe laces.I plan on buying my next pair here.
The leather shoes that I got we’re definitely high quality and I loved the design, but the shoes were not comfortable and the seems of the back of the shoe didn’t lay flat on the back of heel which made the shoes very painful to wear.
Customer Service and lack of communication. I ordered a pair and it took months for them to get here. I understand "supply chain" issues but the only time I got an update was when i reached out to ask. Shoes are fine but nothing so special that I would purchase again.
The amount of advertising and marketing this company does is unreal. The turnaround time on fulfilling orders should be a higher focus. I was told the size I needed was in stock. Only to find out it wouldn’t ship out for another 6 months. It will be about a year until I get shoes that I paid for.
