US company but UK order via Instagram …

US company but UK order via Instagram Had to pay duty on the import. Ordered the incorrect size (US v UK) immediately tried to change. Even spoke to an advisor and was told it’s too late to change the order as in ‘process’. Paid duty on a shrink size pair of shoes and then had to pay to send back to the US to receive the new pair and pay duty again. All up was out of pocket $150 (duty and postage)

Horrible company

Horrible company, no matter what they tell you as excuse. At the end, you don’t get any shoes neither money back!!!27.1.23 It doesn’t surprise me that you Maya, an employee from Oliver Cabell try to comment as if we gotten our order. Anyone need just to check Oliver Cabell’s IG page. Customer complaining for not getting their orders neither money back. And they delete all the bad comments!!!

Sneaky brand

They make you pay import duties and they don’t let you return your purchase, thankfully mine fitted well and they were my size but can’t imagine having to return them because something went wrong.

Slow customer service

Very slow customer service during purchase, shoes were comfortable after about 6 months of wear - first few months hellish as with most leather shoes. Shoes are always ‘on sale’ which is a bit dishonest price wise.
