US company but UK order via Instagram Had to pay duty on the import. Ordered the incorrect size (US v UK) immediately tried to change. Even spoke to an advisor and was told it’s too late to change the order as in ‘process’. Paid duty on a shrink size pair of shoes and then had to pay to send back to the US to receive the new pair and pay duty again. All up was out of pocket $150 (duty and postage)
Horrible company, no matter what they tell you as excuse. At the end, you don’t get any shoes neither money back!!!27.1.23 It doesn’t surprise me that you Maya, an employee from Oliver Cabell try to comment as if we gotten our order. Anyone need just to check Oliver Cabell’s IG page. Customer complaining for not getting their orders neither money back. And they delete all the bad comments!!!
