Help me if you canI bought a size 15 in Feb

I bought a size 15 in Feb. 2022. Shoes arrived and tried on and the fit was A FULL SIZE TOO SMALL try 5 times to make contact with a person to return shoes since a larger size was not an option.Never got a perso or a return address!! So I returned to the address on the original box. Us postal next day. My PayPal account was charged and I filed a complaint with pay pal to no help because the postal service would not give me a copy of the original next day return shipment. Pay pal said Cambel claims they never received shoes???I know the shoes never came back to me! I called Camball shop three times in NYC and was told a different story each time…. Our system not yet set up… our store and online shopping is separate. Any way check reviews of all the issues camball has!! Too Many. They advertise top magazines but operate going in circles. Pay pay needs proof which is fair but our US postal system has never returned five calls!!. My 800+ credit rating has taken a big hit. I’m 71 years old and pay my bills. I’ve only shopped online a few times. It seems like Canball thinks doing nothing makes them money. Their size 15 was either missed labeled from a 13 or 14 size or it’s just part of a scam Since size 16 does not exist.I contacted all three companies and got nowhere. My credit is trashed and I understand Pay pals position. Their repairing my credit shin h takes a couple months. I just in my heart can not pay for shoes that don’t fit and has no larger size and we’re returned US postal next day to address on cabal box. Camball a joke and so is our postal service. Shoes took 3 months to get and are some of the most uncomfortable sneakers ever made. You guys have a pretty subpar product you are marketing and overpricing and I’m sure having some success with but tough to get to another level with what you have.

underwhelmed but I keep chekin back

I was really underwhelmed to be honest, thanks for asking. It took a couple of three months to get the shoes to me and when they arrive the style did not look as good as advertised. Classic show the size 7, and when the size 12 arrives it doesn’t look half as good that said, I’m always impressed to see your Instagram ads and posts and always willing to give it another shot the pair I had I gave away.

Beautiful looking shoe

Beautiful looking shoe. I own three pairs. The leather looks new after months of use. That being said, the shoes are extremely difficult to break in. If you're looking for style over comfort these are for you.

Your shoes are too narrow

Your shoes are too narrow. I put them on my feet and was in instant pain. I tried to stretch them out but had to take them off after an hour or so. Love the look of the shoes, but need some other widths.
