Ordered and paid for 2 pairs received one and 5 months later I received my money back on the second pair per my repetitive requests for either the shoes or a refund. A company should never take a customers money without a product. I had to ask multiple times with a customer service person not wanting to give it. My son likes the shoes and wanted a pair for my husband but with such poor service why would I order more?

I was disappointed with the build of the silhouette. The photos online present a high-end urban sneaker with skate influence. I can’t knock the quality of the materials, they just feel like bowling shoes when they are on my feet.

I normally am EU40 or 39eUBased on strong web advice from Oliver Cabell to order "2 full sizes" down I ordered EU 39. I normally order 40.Too small for me to wear and a lot of money wasted. Very uncomfortable.

Sizing issues and No Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase from Oliver Cabell. After my pre-ordered sneakers, arrived months late and were too small, I was told that I could not return them because I was beyond the 30 -day return period as I received them while traveling for business. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service with no responses, I made a second mistake and ordered two more pairs, hoping they would fit because I really liked the design. Again, I was wrong, this time they were too big, obviously sizing is a problem, but the lack of customer service is the biggest issue because now I’m stuck with 3 pairs of expensive sneakers that don’t fit. Oliver Cabell has great marketing but NO customer service.

A nice alternative to Vans

I’m a big fan of Oliver Cabelll. My go to sneakers are usually VANS so these are comfortable enough for me and I think they look great. A very stylish and cool shoe

not a good idea to buy shoes on the internet

Shoes appearance vary from images on the internet, shoe shape is thinner from perception and didn’t fit. I used them once and got sore feet. The shoes are too expensive for the risk of them fitting poorlyProbably not a good idea to buy shoes on the internet. I won’t do it again

Never got the shoes

Kept emailing back and forth. Eventually gave up. Never got the shoes. The track and trace as well as the employees said "delivered" although I never received them. Then they said they were going to fix it but did not keep me updated, only responded when I myself reached out. Never got the package, figured it wasn't worth my time.
