I bought a pair of uncrate shoes which are great quality. Unfortunately, there was no information about the hand finish on the heel. When the shoes showed up, the heel finish was already worn away partially. When questioned with images sent, team advised this was the nature of the product. I had not even worn them yet.I said, you can only say this if it is stated on the website (which it is not). I was given a small credit, which became invalid as I now have to redye the heel finish every couple wears as it comes away easily as this is extra upkeep and cost. I was also supposed to receive a small refund via paypal, which I have not seen.Ignoring this as a one off issue, I purchased a second pair of solid colour Tartufo shoes, which I again can say have great quality. The small credit was applied but the refund part did not make its way to me via Paypal.New shoes arrived and looked great but the wear and tear on them was very fast and the inner tongue of the shoe wore away.I had advised but again, as a retailer, there was a 'this is the nature of the product' told to me. I was offer another small split credit on next order/refund. I asked if it could all be refunded to me but they have asked they are unable to do this. I am still outstanding the credit and refund for both shoes.It is sadly disappointing as I love the brand and the look. But service is not showing the value of the brand.RESPONSE TO REPLY:Hello Pamela,Thank you for your reply. Can I please point out I have two email chains where I tried to ask for assistance and also sent photos of all the faults. Your response was it was 'integral of the product'. At this point I would like to clarify I sell leather for interiors and product use. So I can say, You are incorrect. Even if I was wrong, the lack of customer service is phenomenal. I gave many chances to rectify as I did not want credit for another order... Please advise: Why would I purchase from your company again? Why are these features not shown on your website? The refund never reached my account and I told you this, it is still outstanding. How am I to ship a faulty product at my own cost internationally, especially as you told me I can't return them in the first place?Also, a 10% discount on your next order is minimal and quite insulting for a faulty product when you are spending $200-300 for a pair of shoes. Twice.Say what you will, but it was a highly disappointing experience and still not a closed case.
