Personally the product I ordered is what I wanted but unfortunately the colour that I ordered online it doesn’t look like the colour in person. As to why I’m now having to return the item. In regards to having to return the item myself is ridiculous. I’ve spent £100 on an items, and now having to spend another £12 in total to return. Think it’s ridiculous.

Made contact as we had already purchased 2 of the wrong size items. Having made contact by phone we were reassured that the second set of extensions we were looking to buy were, indeed, the correct ones. They are and they are perfect. Thank you.
