I purchased a baby monitor for just over £200 in April 2024 which had developed a number of faults. After no response from the manufacturer I went to the retailer who kindly arranged a return of the item for inspection as it was under warranty. I had moved house in the last two weeks and noted in my return parcel that my address had changed along with the order number and other relevent details. My new address was also printed on the returns label.I then had an email from a courier stating my parcel would be delivered to my old address so I immediately contacted the retailer to try and get this rectified. Whilst they have responded quickly, they are taking zero responsibility for this mistake, claiming that I had not informed them of the change.I accept I could have mentioned it at the point of arranging return, however, this was an over sight and I was not made aware a replacement was being sent out immediately and expected some kind of correspondence before hand as Ive had previously with other retailers when items have had to be returned or replaced under warranty. No appology, no reassurance, only ‘they can refuse delivery’ which everyone knows is not garantueed! Also trying to claim the returns department didnt recieve a note which is appauling. Potentially out of pocket now by £200 but I will certainly not let this be and will not hesitate to take the matter futher.**in response to your reply - The parcel wasnt refused and it clearly stated in your email that “ 8. Please allow a maximum of 14 calendar days, starting from date of receipt in our warehouse, for your return to be processed. We will contact you within this period to agree the next course of action. “. Therefore it was reasonable to expect I would be contact prior to dispatch of a replacement …dreadful experience**

I ordered a bed for my toddler even paid next day delivery for them to say it’s been dispatched next day my son has slept on the floor on a mattress for nearly 14 days the bed only arrived few days ago I asked them for a percentage of my refund and they are disagreeing with me they told me to contact ohbaby which I did because the bed was with them but when I did contact oh baby they said my bed was on hold ! So it hasn’t been dispatched like they said it was
