I ordered 3 car seats which did not arrive on next day delivery. I phoned and asked where the order was to find out only 1 was in the stock and the other 2 would be 10 days until they were in stock - 14 days in total and not next day. I was offered 2 in a different colour. Very frustrating that I had to chase them to find a resolve.
