Purchased a pushchair in December 2023 - one of the straps snapped - went back to store and the store manager couldn't of been more helpful - they replaced the whole pushchair with a brand new item and gave us a refund for the difference in selling price - outstanding customer service - highly recommend

Ordering the monitor was a seamless process - it’s a shame Royal Mail took the item to the incorrect delivery office but we got the item in the end!
