Review Time
I ordered 2 jumpers from only to find they are tight fitting. I have emailed them several times to have them exchanged but no reply, what a shame.Its now been 2weeks since I wrote this and I still haven't received a reply, do companies not understand this is going to have a detrimental effect on their business. I will keep updating this post until I get reply.
Has to be fraudulent! Ordered 19/9 and almost one month now cannot track order 18702 nor any sign of delivery. Suspicious website and have raised a complaint with the citizens advice bureau. Avoid this website and if anyone has the same experience let’s keep reporting them to stop this scamming from continuing!
Ordered something from this company for my family in London. However the package arrived a few weeks later out of Asia.. The support team didn't reply to me emailed them around 7 times !!! I would not do business with this company again please contact me
After weeks of waiting for my order they sent sizes different from my order, took months to get my money back where I had to send the items back to a 4th floor address in South China, there is no London office, the only thing they have to do with London is pretending they have something to do with it (London Inspired). I presume they are drop shipping, they fight hard not to reimburse you offering you 20% off etc. Everything takes weeks, I should be suing them for my time... Next thing is to report them to trading standards authority.I am still trying to get reimbursed for the £12.90 postage that they wont pay me back, even though they sent the wrong sizes...Do not engage with them!!
Olyndra London are just another company who once they have your money then forget about any sense of customer service. I ordered a pair of shoes that are not the size as advertised. When asking about a return for a refund i was told that i need to send them to an address in China at my own expense. The return postage to China is almost the same as the cost of the shoes. I guess this is done in the hope that no one will be so daft and send them back. Claire, the “manager” then ignored my emails when i asked for a UK returns address.I have since informed the Chinese Embassy of this companies actions. I would advise against buying from OLYNDRA LONDON.
I didn’t expect to like a linen shirt this much, but the Somerset linen one just sits right every single time. It’s light, breathable, and somehow looks neat without ironing. I’ve worn it tucked in and loose and both look fine. One of those didn’t know I needed this pieces.
