Wish I checked Trust Pilot first. Like everyone else this company is a joke. You will receive a dispatch confirmation and tracking number but Yodel deny ever recieving anything. Zero reply to emails, absolutely terrible company to deal with.
I have been informed that my order has been delivered to my "Front Porch". My house does not have a "Front Porch"!! I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I ordered anything from them. I have learned a bitter lesson! I doubt whether I shall ever receive my order or get a refund. I am a pensioner and I feel like a FOOL! This is very humiliating!
Total garbage. Avoid them and save your money and time... it's a scam. Even worse than Temu. The brand referencing - London - gives it the air of credibility and the images look good. Product is just trash. And that they seem to reply to responses here is just a continuation of the farce that I'm sure is profitable for these awful people.
Total Scam website. You are led to believe they are a London based company but they are actually based in China. My aunt bought 4 pairs of shoes which were poor quality and sized completely wrong and they are asking for £40 to send them back(but provided no address!) The shoes are not fit for any purpose except possibly a clown as they are massive! and they want her to throw good money after bad to return them in the hope of getting a refund of £97!!!On their website they apparently have 5471 positive customer reviews of 4.8 however i have not been able to access the actual reviews on there and there is no where for me to add my review which makes me think these positive reviews are made up! I have noticed on here they ask you to get in touch so they can help but that seems like an automatic response just to make them try to look good! They just say the same thing and you go round in circles with the option to send them back or they offer a discount code to buy more of their rubbish. My aunt wants her money back! They can have the shoes but she is not paying £30 to send them back to China! She has tried to call this company on 447360274763 on numerous occasions and never got through Companies like this should not be able to continue trading their products are obviously sub standard and reading these reviews on here they are ripping customers off left right and centre! Under the Distance selling regulations the business must provide clear information- Before a customer places an order, you must provide detailed information about your identity, goods or services, prices (including delivery costs and taxes), and payment and delivery arrangements. NOWHERE on their website does it say the return cost is £30 ! We will be taking this further!
These cargos are literally exactly what I needed, comfortable but still super stylish. The army green shade looks even better in person. Been wearing them to work and they haven’t lost shape. Fast delivery too, which was a bonus.
