Ordered two shirts which arrived but are unsatisfactory. Olyndra indicate they have a 30 day return policy, but no policy is in place, I have emailed three times, and they have failed to offer a refund or explain the process. They do not seem to have a base in the UK. Avoid them at all costs! They have responded to this review but still refused to offer a refund
SCAM ALERT.Product purchased not fit for purpose size mislabelled. XL trousers did not fit over legs !Anyway , this company has no shop in London no shop anywhere in the Uk. This company does not comply with UK consumer law, when a product is not fit for purpose it should be refunded for free at no cost to consumer . However this company does not comply with UK LAW and expects faulty products to be sent to China!!!!! At customers own cost!!!!Avoid this scam company at all costs . I have requested a chargeback on my credit card. You have been warned.
Appalling scam. Firm sells mis-sized garbage clothing and breaches UK consumer protection law with every transaction. AI generated images and customer service responses are convincing but the whole operation is a scam. Positive reviews must be fake too. Shame on Trustpilot.
A scam. Please keep away. I have given one star because I can’t give zero or negative results. I ordered a pair or work trousers in late October. When they eventually told me they had been sent (of course if they did - which I doubt), there was a flourish or emails telling me the courier firm were having problems etc. very strange because nobody else seems to have the same problems. I have asked for a refund but get the same message ‘you are important to us, we will respond in 48 hours etc’ but have NEVER had a proper reply. Customer services DO NOT care and seem to be run by ‘Bots’ or AI machines. In sum, keep away. I have lost £30 and will write it off to experience. Don’t be fooled by their quality of deliver. Absolutely useless.
Wish I had also checked Trust Pilot! This company is a COMPLETE SCAM!!! They changed their name as well half way through when I ordered from them - they clearly have not been running since 2002! Like everyone else, the website is misleading on the quality of the clothes. It takes ages to arrive and when it does the quality is dreadful. They then say you have to send back to CHINA which cost more than the item. They say you can only get 20% refund, or store credit. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.If you reply to this post - I have already contact you to get a full refund and you have said no you scam artists!!! I will be launching a full credit card fraud case with my bank!To you reply: I already contacted you and you said you wouldn’t refund me. I am waiting for my 20% refund on my four items. Please action it asap.
After leaving another negative feedback, surprise, surprise sent me an email to say they have replied to all my emails. They advised me to check my junk/spam boxes - as they had replied to my queries regarding sending the item back. Nothing in either boxes. Strange how they were able to send me a email asking to check both. No details regarding how to get a refund . I also received an email saying they were unable to deliver my order - which was received several weeks ago. I also get email from them approx 3 times a week promoting their products. I’ve reported them to trading standards, hopefully they will take action and prevent this company from trading. This company tries to say they operate from London, not so - they are based in China. They sell products not as advertised, and then don’t accept returns. I would advise anyone not to use this company, they sell inferior products, and don’t refund customers their money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - THEY ARE DISHONEST IN DESCRIBING THEIR PRODUCTS, AND DON’T REFUND- AVOID, AVOID, AVOID
