Terrible experience. I ordered items as birthday gifts, but they still haven't arrived. Customer support attempted to blame the delivery service, which I can't get information from either. I doubt this company is based in London, and since requesting a refund, I've received no responses. My order number is #31738, and I want my money back immediately. Total chaos.
I wish I had read the reviews before buying. I was lured in by the advertisements for the cargo pants and the offer of an extra pair at checkout. The delivery was delayed, and when the items finally arrived, I was hopeful. However, the quality was extremely disappointing! The images suggested high-quality material, but they are poorly fitting and very thin. I tried to initiate a return through the portal, which promised a 72-hour response, but received nothing. I emailed and was only offered store credit. This feels like a scam, and I advise others to stay away.
I wish I could give zero stars! The so-called cashmere jumpers took over two weeks to arrive and looked nothing like the photos. They were definitely not cashmere, not even wool, and the colors were wrong—just cheap-looking items! It's disgraceful to pretend they are based in London.
This has been the biggest scam of my life. Is this a joke? I would give zero stars if possible. I'm embarrassed by how much I spent on 'cashmere pullovers' intended as Christmas gifts. I fell for their advertising, and after two weeks of waiting, I received jumpers that are NOT cashmere! They are cheap polyester. I know genuine cashmere, and I’m extremely disappointed because I can’t return them and don’t have time to find decent gifts elsewhere. How can a company like this continue to operate?

They must make a fortune selling low-quality products at a high markup. The items I received are not even close to the right size or quality as advertised on their website—classic misrepresentation by scammers. Save your money and avoid this service!
