I’m beyond frustrated with this service. My parcel was supposed to arrive [26/10/2025], and it’s still nowhere to be found. There’s been no proper update, no communication, and absolutely no accountability. I’ve contacted customer support multiple times, and all I get are generic responses with no real solution.I paid for delivery and expected at least a basic level of professionalism, but this experience has been a complete failure. It’s unacceptable that a company can take payment, fail to deliver, and then act like it’s not their problem.I will never use this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it unless they want to deal with stress, wasted time, and zero customer care.
Absolute con. Sizing came up very small even though I ordered large. Not cashmere as stated. Took weeks to arrive.Have asked many times regarding a return no response! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!Do not be fooled by their response to me for writing this. I have contacted them directly many times. They still haven’t sent me any return details. They just want to appear as if they want to help. They don’t!And still no further response from them despite several more emails being sent to them.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Absolute dreadful customer service I am trying to return something and I am just constantly ignored! I don’t believe the jumper I bought is 100% cashmere and there is no label inside! I have fallen for a scam so please people don’t buy from this company !!!
There wasn't an option for zero stars here.What a terrible company to deal with. Claire M claims to be the store manager in London. She she took weeks to respond to emails about a missing order. No order confirmation was ever sent after the purchase was made. After weeks of delayed email responses Claire M told me 'Without valid order details, we’re unable to assist'Luckily, our banks fraud team managed claim the money back so we are not out of pocket.What a waste of time and avoid at all costs.
Wishing I’d checked trustpilot first. I received the wrong item ( which was poor quality). Still in the process of many emails which are slowly replied to try and arrange return and refund. They are telling me to pay postage to China (Royal Mail international tracked, £12.80) which I dispute as they’ve made the mistake with incorrect item sent. Do not use this company.
Do all you can to avoid buying from Olyndra London. Two pairs of trousers ordered according to sizing chart and neither got past my thighs. Awful quality too. You'll then you'll lose money on your refund because the returns (to China) are so expensive.
Tracking updates actually made sense for once. I like knowing where my stuff is without digging around or refreshing endlessly. Package came in clean condition which is all I really ask for. I didn’t have to chase anyone and that itself is a relief.
