I ordered 3 puffer jackets which arrived and were thin badly made - I could NOT give them as presents which was the plan. I then couldnt get hold of anyone for returns and eventually when I did, they had to be returned to China at a vast cost. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY - TOTAL SCAM
I didn’t expect to end up wearing this cardigan so often because I’m not usually a cardigan guy, but here we are. It somehow works for work days and even when I’m just hanging around after hours. Softened a little after the first wear too.
Awful company and the itemsAre cheap rubbish shipped fromChina . Ordered two pairs of trousers and the sizes were both different for each pair they offered to replace them and the two sizes up they sent were actually smaller than the originals . They only offered 20% instant refund or store credit. Customer service is horrible to deal with and they know fully well it costs more to return the items to china . They are scamArtists and know it. Avoid this company at all costs . The items I ordered also looked nothing like the pictures on the website .Update ……. So I’ve seen Olyndra London have replied and I have been emailing for nearly a month and getting no where and like all the other reviews just get the same scam email response from Claire m the manager ! £46.79 spent The only offer 20% refund Or full refund if I spend £18 to return the items they originally sent and the replacement items that were even smaller the the first ones ! They should pay for the returns if it’s there error twice. I get if you don’t like the item then you pay for the return but quality issues on four items is their responsibility
My shoes arrived within around 2 weeks which in itself is pretty good, the shoes fitted really well and the product was of a high standard. I think the tracking system needs to be improved it did leave me wondering at one point if I was actually going to get my parcel and then out of the blue it arrived on my doorstep but I would certainly buy this product again.
I would give no stars if possible. Do not buy from these thieving liars. It’s an absolute con. Waited over 2 weeks to be delivered some cargo pants that were supposedly reduced from £48 to £28. I wouldn’t even pay £2.80 for them. They’re so shockingly bad and completely unlike the photos and description and not even near the size ordered. Their returns process is a sham and pretty much non existent. The scam is, they offer you a 20% refund to keep them or you pay for return to china even though they say they’re based in London. AVOID!!!!!!!Update: they’ve responded to this review saying please contact them to resolve. I’ve contacted them repeatedly without success. JUST AVOID!!!
