Doesn’t even deserve one star. The delivery took ages. And customer service just doesn’t exist. I’ve emailed 5 times wanting to return items it’s a waste of time. They literally don’t reply. I think it’s a fake email address and is not used. Please spread the word not to use this site. It’s a scam.
Awful. I ordered two pairs of cargo style trousers. They took weeks to arrive and the fit was terrible. In fact I ordered according to my waist size that I get all trousers in (in inches). The trousers arrived as size XL. One pair also smelled musty, like they had been in a cold damp storage. They were too small. A lot of emails back and forth to their customer services. They said I could have free replacement and no need to return the original trousers and emailed a size chart. So I ordered a 2XL that should have been a bit generous with waist size. They replacements arrived today and the fit is even worse. They want me to pay to send them back in order to get a refund. I'd rather donate the four pairs to charity than do that. Despite how nice the products look, this is not a good company to buy from. Never again.
One of the worst quality products and customer service experiences I’ve ever had.I have sent around 20 emails requesting to return the rubbish item I received, and got no proper response. On the rare occasions they do reply, they clearly don’t read the message and simply repeat “according to our terms and conditions.”They advertise themselves as Olyndra London, but then demand that the item be returned to China — which is misleading and feels completely fraudulent. Now they expect me to pay expensive return postage for their mistake.

I should of read the reviews before i ordered and now a victim of this rubbish unprofessional company , placed my order weeks ago , and til now nothing delivered no reply to emails , fake tracking number i mean just a horrible experience , lesson learnt i will from now on read reviews before i order next time.
My order arrived late, and I had to chase them for updates. When it finally came, the quality was shockingly poor — clearly reflected in the cheap price. I requested a return after 10 days, but it took ages to get a response. To make matters worse, I had to pay for return postage to China, which cost more than the item itself. Absolutely not worth it. I won’t be buying from them again.
Update: I emailed Olyndra with my order details yesterday and still haven't heard from them.... Presumably their responses are generated by AI? I ordered 2 pairs of cargo pants on 22 October and despite the money leaving my bank account immediately, I haven't received an order confirmation email yet. I don't have an order number so can't track delivery. Seeing all the other comments here I'm kicking myself for not checking the trust pilot reviews first.
So far a shocking service. I blame myself for having not checked reviews. What a diabolical service. Couldn't find my order number either and have had no response from Olyandra regarding help with tracking my order. I doubt I will even get a response regarding a full refund.
