Terrible quality products, returns have to be shipped to China which you will pay for. They offer a 50% refund if you can’t return. I would bet still making money off the sale. The photos of what you are buying do not represent the products you will receive Avoid like the plague.
This is a scam company. You order a product that looks great. They send you something that barely resembles what you ordered, in completely the wrong size, the then offer you a 20 % instant refund. To get a full refund they give you an address in China. Avoid at all costs. Edit: You will see reply below . This is nonsense. They have absolutely no intention of rectifying the situation.
Avoid at all costs. Sent completely the wrong size item. 6" smaller waist size than ordered. They took ages to arrive. Not representative of the images on their website. Poor quality. Sent them all the images, but they seem to believe sending anything regardless of what you ordered is fulfilling their responsibility. Then they ask you to pay for tracked postage return! Absolute scam.
This company is a total scam. They claim to be a uk site with authentic Uk clothing made in uk. When in actual fact it’s an Asian company selling substandard goods. The trousers I ordered were delivered after about 3 weeks of waiting. Looked nothing like the picture advertised. Asked for a returns address that took at least 3 days for them to respond. Only to find out the order needs to go back to china. They then offer a 20% discount off the trousers for me to keep them. Checks with p.o how much to send back to china. £25. So in effect I’d need to spend £25 to get my £28 refund. Contacts the company and explains thus is a uk site why can’t I send them back there? “Company policy”SO Compsny policy is a total scam. They know exactly what they’re doing. Avoid at your own expense. Don’t follow the trap.
I liked the facebook photo and had some good fortune so decided to buy some trousers as a punt but almost instantly got regret for not looking into it more. They took a while to come (from China) and I got XL/34 which always fits me but these were a good 2 inches off even meeting and I've been losing weight. I looked at the returns and it's not worth bothering so £40+ is very expensive really. The material is much thinner than the photo made them look. There are crappy badly stitched labels on them trying to look like Superdry but looking like vintage shop student tat really. They kind of fit my wife so with a belt and unpicking the worst purple label they will pass as a functional mistake.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. TOOK AGES TO ARRIVE, WRONG SIZE AND POOR QUALITY. CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL WRIGGLE OUT OF THEIR OBLIGATIONS. I had a very disappointing experience with Olyndra London and would strongly advise others to avoid this company.I ordered an item after seeing one of their Instagram ads, believing they were a London-based business as presented on their website. In reality, they are a China-based company posing as having a UK presence. My order took over three weeks to arrive, and the tracking code they provided (via Evir) was not recognised at any point.When the item finally turned up, it was badly packaged, terrible quality, and did not remotely match the sizing advertised. The trousers I ordered couldn’t even be pulled past my knees.When I contacted customer service to request a refund, I was told I could either receive only 20% of what I paid, or if I wanted a full refund I would need to return the item to China at my own expense — around £20 postage for a £30 product, which is completely unreasonable.The company’s behaviour is misleading, unprofessional, fraudulent, and feels deliberately obstructive. I will be reporting my experience to Trading Standards and other relevant consumer protection bodies due to the misrepresentation and unacceptable refund practices. This is a scam.
