Review Time
Very poor quality, when I requested a return was instructed to post back to PRC (China) at mt expense to obtain a refund I purchased via PayPal, which I thought would give protection. But alas did not, handed in at a charity shop as garments unfit to wear. Note to self read reviews before making purchase!! Olyndra London should be renamed as Olyndra Canton.
I ordered a coat and received regular updates for a while! The parcel was delayed and as I was away i had to divert to the local Yodel shop. Two weeks later the Yodel website says its on its way and Olyndra have gone quiet! No response to my emails so I'm assuming I've been scammed! A lesson learnt - dont buy from Olyndra London!Yodel now confirm they have not received the parcel and the tracking info was just pre advice from the seller. Im contacting fraud action at my bank tomorrow!Update 13/11/2025 parcel has eventually arrived but the coat is nothing like I expected! It's basically looks like a dressing gown! Shocking!
My shoes arrived sooner than I thought, and I couldn’t be more pleased. The fit is spot-on, and they feel incredibly comfortable the moment I put them on. The material is sturdy but soft, and I can already tell they’ll last me a long time. Definitely worth the wait.
So I ordered trousers in size 38" waist. When they arrived there were way too small, more like a 34". Quality and materials I would say were satisfactory, though I haven't been able to wear them. Return was to China despite the brand being marketed as London based and having a London backstory. Was offered a 20% refund instead, yet to be paid. Avoid

The company is running a scam by selling very poor quality products using high quality and misleading photos and only allowing a return address in a different continent which leads to postal costs higher than the price of item ordered
After ordering cargo trousers through an online advert( big first mistake!), they arrived but were poor quality and the size didn’t match what I’d ordered. A new pair were eventually sent supposedly larger but in fact the same size with very strange sizing on the label. I should have consulted TrustPilot before buying as most reviews are negative suggesting customer services as well as quality of product is extremely poor. Customer Support ‘Claire’s’ emails would often be sent at 3am suggesting a distant office in Asia apologising for errors. Still no refund as requested. Avoid this ‘London-based’ company at all costs. I’m now going through consumer protection to make a formal complaint.
