Don't go for AMC. It is better to use other company. I am having worst experience with Oneassist Once you write negative review here, you will get call(Just now go call from their team) on priority but for service request , they don't bother to call to customer informing the delay....To OneAssist Management:You are more focusing on reviews instead of resolving the customer issue this approach is not going to survive you for long term.
Worst company for which one can go with extended warranty. Logged complaint on 16 march 2022 but AC not repaired till now. Only one answer wait for 24 to 48 hours we have highlighted your complaint. Fraud company to deal with.
This is too bad. I raised a concern in Trustpilot and got a call from customer care and they told that I will get a call within 48hrs and its been 4 days and I didn't get any call and there is no tracking ticket for this.The previous code given to fill the survey form from Trustpilot is MAR14MA0303.I am not expecting this kind of service from Oneassist.
