It’s a fraud company don’t come in their talks as they tend to speak big words and show you the brighter pictures but when it comes to service commitments not only they are zero and fraud but change their terms.I happen to took a iPhone 8months back from Apple store and was told to buy the Mob insurance of OneAssist which will cover all the damages for 1 year n will be replaced free of cost thou.Now utmost shock was whn my ph fell down from the bed and I informed them the same then they say this is a mysterious activity and not accidental. Being in vain I’ll express this to all people seeing this review to not get lured with their sweet talks and not waist money buying from them and save your valuable time and then energy.
OneAssist should be zero assist. One of the most pathetic company I have ever dealt with. They are scamming people day and night with AMAZON.Yes Amazon is also helping them to do the scam.They do not even deserve a single star, It is a pathetic company and they don't deserve to survive in market to fraud and scam people.I bought a refrigerator from amazon with 3 years extended warranty just after an year there was cooling issues and when the technician visited told me that there is a gas leak and they do not cover gas refill. So what is the point of buying an insurance when they do not cover gas refill. It is not mentioned any where in the terms and conditions. They are making money shamefully and scamming people and stealing their money and not giving any service.At this time we are going through a lot and in these times dealing with such things is seriously infuriating.I would recommend everyone do not purchase their insurance policy or warranty instead buy it directly with the Brand so that you can get services.Awful customer service.negative rating for them
This company deserves zero star. They are only taking money but don’t provide any kind of assistance, no service at all . This company is big fraud. They sell policy but don’t mention term & conditions. Please don’t don’t buy any product from one assists. You will regret if you buy anything from them . Since I bought Inssurance from them when time came to claim they are giving stupid reason & saying ur claim has been rejected. This company deserves zero zero zero star.

First, I would like to suggest truspilot.com allow for zero or possibly negative stars. The worst mistake anyone could make is buying from OneAssist. They have the best people to make fool of the customer. I have never seen a pathetic service. I am just writing this review to help other people and possibly these guys have enough shame left to solve my case. I don't care if they do it now or not but they will still remain the worst of all.
Worse than worst experience i am facing now after purchasing a mobile insurance plan with a ponzi company called one assist. I have purchased a mobile from Big C, Ameerpet, Hyderabad, at the time of insurance the store staff told us that if we purchase one assist insurance plan, it will cover all accidental damages and they will repair it for free of cost. Now my.mobile charger pin got damaged partially and i gave it for repairs. Now one assist people are calling to pay 1110/- for repairs after paying the amount only we will send the mobile for repair, though the actual repair cost is 980/- as given by Samsung service centre. Another person will call and start saying that your mobile is repaired and you need to pay 1110 towards repairs.. They are charging more than the repair cost and though we purchased insurance they are not reducing any amount. Now i told them to return my mobile without doing any repair they told me that we escalate this matter. It is already one week and their fraud process is not completed. I request all who are facing problems should complain in consumer forum and also ask for compensation for harassment with their ponzi schemes. Also tweet sharing their ponzi financial frauds in the name of insurance with IRDAI and hon. Finance minister. This will help others to understood about these fraudulant company schemes. Also make a video and upload i. Youtube.I hope all will do this..
Please never ever buy a One Assist,Doing fruad with the peoples, illegaly thefting the money from the accounts/cards and when we request to deactivate the service they are just compromissing by saying so and so benefits, finally you will be the fool once you bought this policy.
I bought a MacBook Air in October 2020 along with the OneAssist insurance for laptop damage (which includes screen damage) The screen cracked by accident and a small part of the display was gone only 6 months after so I claimed for their insurance. After numerous phone calls from different executives every day asking the same questions again and again, they rejected the claim stating it falls within the clause of “mysterious circumstances”Basically, irrespective of how genuine the cause might be, they will reject the claims. Don’t make a mistake of buying their insurance.
