Hi My name is Gaurav Sharma, today 11 days has been passed of TV complaint but nobody is respond even I don’t know where is my TV. I call to their manager Sushil Sharma and Rahul Upadhayay but they said they can’t repair my TV and they will return my tv back defective and not shared the date of return.They make me fool totally...now i am going to file a case in consumer court.Cheap and kaminapathi of managers and fraud company.Gaurav Sharma9899373725
STRICTLY RECOMEND NOT TO BUY oneassist insurance for phones!They have repaired with such cheap screen that i was in duty, and my phone was in pocket, after 3 hours it had 2 cracks in my screen with out any reason!i am literally regretting it that i have purchased oneassist insurance. i wud better tell all my companions that PLEASE DO NOT BUY ONEASSIST INSURANCE.1st thing THEY have fit a duplicate cheap screen which is not from oneplus company i think because i have compared with original company phone and my phone there was hella lot of difference.. i have reported before about touch and so many quality issues.. its the worst.. and worst response by customer care sevices they even dont know what to say if we ask something out of their textbook so please record every conversation if you have purchasedit … it would have been better if i kept the phone broked .. should have prevented sending my phone for repairing to oneassist!its worst experience.they removed my original things from inside and didnt fit back everything inside properly..i was having battery issues so went to oneplus service centre hyderabad they clearly told that screen you got exchanged is not of oneplus and there is metal guard missing wich keeps dash charge and earphone jack wires at place and they are not stable in your phone and there nothing we can do about it.. and they made a temporary fitting with one kind of tape to keep them intact..I gave my phone in dec 2018 / Jan 2019its 2021 and i have still issues because of them for not packing my phone back to as it should be …. . i am having troubles because of their work.. … they just play with our money and our phonesbuy costly insurance of one assist and regret it for their whole lifetime!i would rather not give even a one star to it!0/5 STARS!they should be glad that there is no such thing to rate them zero out of five.!They say yes to whatever you have asked and after that when you start facing problems and ask them.they will play the terms and conditions card.as they did it to me!i have sent them recording that one of your representatives have told me like this and now you re saying its not possible! THENthey simply end the matter with just SORRY email that your plan has expired and there is nothing we can do about this now!I INSIST DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Their only intent is to fleece customers of their hard earned money …. Once they take your product for repairing, I can assure you that you will have to keep on repairing that product through its entire life ….. They ensure that one issue is rectified and some other issue is created in the product so that you will have to call them again ….. Its their modus operandi to ensure that they have a recurring earning on a product repair …. Their local service managers are hand in gloves with the repair partners and if you claim that the job was not well done they will simply blame it on you and take the side of their repair partners …. Every time a new person will come for repairing and will ensure to tell you that a new part needs to be replaced ….. Customer care number is for the heck of it because they will simply retort what the local service manager has to say ….so all in all please stay away from the fraudulent company if you do not want to wash your hard earned money down the drain
One assit is one of the biggest fraud only interest in making money and fooling people. FOR THE LAST 20 DAYS I AM TRYING TO COORDINATE WITH THEM TO MAKE MY AC FUNCTIONAL BUT THEY ARE ONLY PASSING THE TIME .. NO PROPER RESPONSE FROM THE BACKUP TEAM, EVEN THEY ARE NOT SHARING THE ESCALATION MATRIX . RECOMMENDING NOT TO GO WITH THIS COMPANY
