Fraud firm. Do not buy this insurance.its a trap. One assist relationship id - 13037401.I bought 14000 in insurance from them. But when I needed insurance to cover the accidental damage they backed off. After 20 days of dockets and paper work some ride Executive will call you and ruthlessly tell you we can not support this time. Work try to help next time. Full fraud...Don't buy this
I have purchased their protection plan for my one plus 8 phone. They are day light cheaters . DO NOY BUY ANY OF THEIR SCHEMES OR PRODUCTS. They have rejected my claim that i made on the same day of the event i.e. 10 December 2021. According to their team they had forwarded my complaint to the insurance company as they have claimed which is a lie. They asked me to tell what exactly happened and what were the details. I thought they are asking me to resolve my problem but soon they picked up a line from my incident which was "your hands were sweaty". actually i dropped my phone in the gym so they gave me a reason that it was a 'preventable situation' not an 'accident'. After this line I realized that this is a fake company and after reading more reviews , i got it confirmed. i am putting in efforts here so that other people read this and don't get into this situation.They haven't send me any email or called me up .The reply below by oneassist is another way to just lead in wrong direction.I am updating review so that everyone knows the truth.
Oneassist, which is this insurance company, it is the worst company in the world, I was an insurance purchaser from this company since that time but when it came time to take the claim, their air got spoiled, they processed the claim after that I canceled it all. I want to tell that if someone wants to take insurance then never take it from OneAssist, they give the most useless service at the time of giving insurance, they will lag behind but when it comes to claiming insurance then they think that from these How to get rid of the chase Just what happened to me today should not happen to anyone that's why I am writing this
I purchased extended warranty and repair service from One assist company for my Smart Tv, now when my Tv needs to be repair or some component are not working well, I reported to the company on 19-08-2020 to send the technician to repair , but surprisingly the company replied to download the App , I refused to down load the App but the company is bent upon to down load the App otherwise they will not provide the service, where as it was not the condition at the time of purchase Sir how a company can insist for downloading the App , Sir I am attaching all the documents for Your inspection , please take necessary strong action against this company so that the money of people could escape by duping. It looks like a new legally strong plan to dupe people’s hard earned money . Company take the money from people for the purpose of extended warranty but when the service is required they create so many such steps which a consumer could not complete, and hence the company do not provide the services for which the company has already taken the charges .Company is simply passing the time so that after the end date the company will say that now your time is over and the service could not provide to you ... 1. It looks like a legally strong online robbery plan to dupe the money of people by selling online extended warranty , but when it’s the time to provide the service, Company places various conditions and downloading the App ...etc and not provide the service. It looks like a strategic plan .2. All the people does not have a smart phone ,more over so many smart phones are not compatible to download this company’s App ( It has been checked ) 3. What is the intention of the company behind downloading the App ? while It’s not the condition at the time of purchase ?4. An email sent by the company on Sat 21 March 2020 also clears that you can rise a claim by website . 5. What information company want to collect and track by downloading the App in consumer’s mobile ? 6. IF DOWNLOADING COMPANY’S APP IS COMPULSARRY FOR CLAIM AND SERVICES , THEN WHY COMPANY IS SELLING EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE PLATFORM LIKE AMAZON OR FLIPCART OR ONLINE WEBSITE ? IF DOWNLODING THE APP IS THE CONDITION THEN THE SELLING OF THE PRODUCT SHOULD ALSO BE ONLY THRU IT’S APP NOT BY OTHER WAY . 7. The amount paid is not a big amount , so many people leave it and don’t raise the issue. Very few people initiate on such a higher label to report against such companies which are cheating people .Again another falls reply the link which you sent PRACHI it's not working
