I regret my decision to choose ONE ASSIST. Over the past two months, I’ve lost sleep due to the constant stress and frustration caused by their poor customer service.Customer Service: The support has been unresponsive and unclear, leaving me feeling ignored and unheard. Every time I reached out, I was left with more questions than answers.Claims Process: The process has been slow and frustrating, causing unnecessary delays and anxiety.Value for Money: The service did not meet the expectations set when I signed up, and I feel like I’ve wasted both my time and money.I’m extremely disappointed and hope the company can improve their processes to avoid putting other customers through the same stress.Worthless insurance company I'm not recommend for any one.
I have two year extended warranty of OneAssist for MI MOP P has having some issue with the device and contacted OneAssiste, I tried to lodge complaint from app and mobile it did not work, I called the call center and provided Invoice Number they said they do not maintain records through INVOICE NUMBER, ORDER ID OR DATE OF PURCHASE and denied to provide any service. My extended warranty is still active.
I purchased the Nothing Ear 2 and opted for an extended one-year warranty with One Assist (valid until January 31, 2026). Unfortunately, my device couldn't be repaired, and I was offered a reimbursement after deducting 40% depreciation and an additional Rs. 500 salvage charge.What's appalling is that the customer support assured me that if the salvage amount was deducted, the company would return my device. Despite multiple follow-ups, I haven't received my device yet. The service has been unprofessional, and the chat support has been unhelpful.The chat team seems more interested in entertaining conversations rather than resolving customer issues. I strongly advise against purchasing this warranty from One Assist. My membership ID is 1024425842.
