Totally cheat and fraud company. I got my Macbook covered with them. They kept on giving false excuses to reject the claim. Finally, returned my device unrepaired and I was shocked to see that two new problems also appeared in the device which were not there initially. Now, apple store is demanding such a high amount to fix these issues. It was a big mistake to get my Macbook covered with them just to save few rupees. Never get any cover from them. They are fraud, cheat and very unprofessional.

Very bad service. My TV is not working, and I completed one assistance request under warranty, but there has been no response for 19 days. The assistance person keeps saying that the spare part is not available. This is very bad service. I have been waiting for 10 more days, and now I am going to complain to the consumer court.
Worst insurance company trust me. I have even lodge a complaint against them, no promised services are provided they just waste your time and money please buy plan from any authorised centre like I-care. My phone is with them since 6th of sep today it's 16th of September still I have not recieved my phone and they are saying that I'll receive it unrepaired. Today I got a mail from them stating that I have received my decision and the claim is closed, when still I have received my phone. I submitted my Nothing Phone 2 for repair on August 19th, 2024. However, I've received multiple excuses about quality control issues and parts shortages. I'm disappointed with the lack of progress and the company's seeming indifference to my situation."
I don't have an option of giving 0 star, so have given 1 star. I have requested for my AC gas leakage, but the one assist executive have came and did the service and ended up in multiple faults. It looks like the service engineers are not well known of the technicalities as they are actually asking my help to guide them on What has to be done.They took 3500 from me and they went away. Tried to call them to for solution but no answer, asked for a refund but no answer. Please please do not even try to opt for one assist service.Edit: @oneassist, You never shared the terms and conditions before itself. It was your mistake at first, and it was your people who made issues to my AC. Please don't show off that you are correct. It was not just about my issue, I can see multiple issues from many customers. It's such a scam.
