Disappointed with the service

Disappointed with the service. I sent my buds 2 months ago as one of the buds stopped working just after 2 month's usage. After contacting them several times, I received them today. No apologies, no compensation, they just sent another buds when I already bought other brand's buds. I am migrating to other brand.

Nice products, dissapointing support...

I've been a loyal oneplus customer for the last 6 years and their products used to be brilliant. The After Sales service was also spot on. Now they are a total disappointment.I've sent my headphones for repairs under warranty 2 months ago and it's still not sorted. After 2 weeks of waiting I had to contact their chat support to be told every time that they will raise my case with some other department and I should get a reply in 3 to 5 working days. Since then I had to keep contacting them every week because no one replied or if they replied it was just stalling. Eventually I was given 3 choices to sort out this but it's been 2 weeks since I'm waiting for them to reply to my emails. Conclusion: their products are nice but after sales support is rubbish. Avoid at all cost.

Watch out for the One Plus SCAM

Watch out for the SCAMI was tempted to trade in my 1plus 7 for the new 1plus 11. Offered £180 which I accepted but a few weeks later they tell me they're only offering £110. The phone was in such good condition it still had the original screen saver in place. Everything worked and battery life good. so no reason to devalue. When I challenge they ignore. When you chase they prevaricate and then ask you to reconfirm details again just to delay the process. Clearly the intent is to run down the clock so they don't have to do trade-in. Also they give no reason for reduced offerDEFINITELY A CLEAR SCAM - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Avoid the trade in scam with this company

I recently decided to purchase a Oneplus 11 lured in by the possibility of trading in my old Oneplus 5 which was in perfect condition. I was told that I would get 140 Euro against the new phone when I sent the Oneplus 5 back. Today I got an email from them saying that they will give me nothing for the phone with no explanation as to why? I will never purchase from this company again. Avoid their fake trade in program at all costs.

Very bad customer service

Very bad customer service, waiting 20 days for invoice!!!!!!! IT IS RIDICULOUS, all the time I get emails please send all details (which they already have when I buy phones!!!!) details and bank statement that we can send you invoice, is last time when I buy anything from this company

The Chinese phone is so authoritarian…

The Chinese phone is so authoritarian that they have different but better variants for China and really lower spec but much pricier for international market. Their support from are totally unhelpful if you purchased the oneplus phone from another region and would decline any support.

Bought a phone in April. It did not work, so sent back for a repair or refund.Silence for some more weeks, then a repair was proposed.Silence for some weeks, then a refund was promised.Silence, more silence, about ten calls later, and a refund has happened.8 weeks after a non-working phone was delivered.No-one ever called back or did what they promised without a shouting match.Avoid this company like the plague.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. Power button stopped working on my phone (less than six months old) Sent a message to OnePlus asking if they have any drop in repair centers, automated response said I will get a reply within 2 working days, two weeks later I got a reply asking what country I am in and told me a repair is chargeable with no further help.Eventually found the repair page, filled in all the information and sent me phone off to be repaired. Kept getting delivery notifications saying the address doesn't accept delivery on certain days (Fri,sat,sun) had passed eventually received the phone Monday. It was assessed Tuesday and now the tracking page has been awaiting component to do the repair ever since. How can the official oneplus repair service not have oneplus parts stocked as standard.Been another week... Still awaiting component so another week without a phone.WB-ON-1134837-001

Broken earbuds, existing problem.

I've always been super happy withy OnePlus phones. Still am. But my earbuds (my left one) are not working anymore. Searching for more information online I found out this is an existing problem, but they don't so anything about it? I always recommended OnePlus to everyone but unfortunately this has come to an end now.
