Extremely frustrating experience

I've had an incredibly frustrating experience. For three months, I've been trying to get my phone repaired, and after countless emails, it returned to me for the third time with yet another issue. I'm very disappointed; even though I believe the device is good, I won't be purchasing from this brand again.

Disappointing brand experience

They had previously assured me of a lifetime warranty on such problems, but upon sending it for repairs, they claimed the warranty no longer applies. This feels like a scam, especially since it’s a known issue and they have not taken responsibility. This brand is one to avoid due to their dishonest practices.

Check your charges carefully
