bad experience

I had the OnePlus phone for 3 months. 3 days suddenly there was a problem in the screen and the display of the mobile kept going, I showed it to the service center that the screen is broken due to pressure. When the screen was turned off, my fiancee talked on the phone and then put the phone on the stand and washed the dishes and saw the phone, the display was blown, if this is happening in 3 months, how could we trust the company?

Both myself and my husband have had Oneplus phones for a long time and never had any issues until I decided to get their flagship OP 11 phone. I have managed to use it for only a few hours only to notice issues within the system. I was advised by customer service to do the factory reset, which didn't help the issue. Then I was told to send it for repair, which I did the same day. My phone has been with them now for 10 days and every day I ask what is the progress and every day is a different story but no one is actually giving an answer as to what is wrong with the phone nor when I will receive a replacement or my phone back.I feel like they do this on purpose so you run out of 30 days guaranteed money return if you dont like the phone. Oneplus customer service is awful and they are all a bunch of liars. All I want is my "flagship" overpriced phone back in working condition and some honesty.Case ID: 230307-006456

Great bang for the buck

Great bang for the buck. Since my purchase of the OnePlus 11 in February 2023, it's performed great, super fast charging, long battery life, powered by 8 Gen 2, reliable and significantly cheaper than the only slightly more powerful iPhone 14 pro/pro max powered by A16 bionic.

Trade in SCAM

Upgraded my one plus 9 to the 10 Pro during a trade in event where there was a bonus €100 for trade ins. Two months of failed shipping labels, being told the same things by customer service, being ignored for days on end eventually got a label (They created it with completely wrong details for my address, luckily the courier rang me and arranged pick up). the phone I traded in is like new only a few months old. Just got my quote back, half of what they offered me and no bonus 100 from the offer. I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. It's like talking to robots that are clearly writing from a script. AVOID

Simply the best....EVER!

Got all items in the order, all 100%, no dmage in tranport.My 1+ 11 5G amazed me so much, I'm still surprised today :-)Showed pics to friends who where stoned by what they saw from cam. And, surprise surprise? They begged me to give them the link (friends suggested) to immediatly by one :-)Still amazed and still discovering stuff in the 11 5G, WOWA big Thanks to all 1+ Team, amazing work you did this time, surpasses all... OnePlus not honoring Trade-in : Running a scam

OnePlus not honoring Trade-in - charging $230 per phoneWe have been Loyal OnePlus customers since the 1st phone launched over a decade ago. That is coming to an end as OnePlus will not honor and rectify their mistake.We bought 2 OnePlus 11 phones on launch day and did the trade-ins like we have everytime over the last decade.Case ID: 230224-000430Leo Smith customer support executive did nothing to try to keep us as customers. Actually he has been delaying sending us return shipping labels for our Full refunds.Our trade in was only worth $30 for the phone. Then we got a $200 bonus since we watched the launch live feed and ordered 2 phones on launch day. Then waited 10 days before they even shipped out which was ridiculous.We bubble wrapped both phones and sent them back in the boxes the 11's were shipped in on the same day. 1 phone got there on Monday, the other 3 days later on Thursday.Our 1st trade-in phone they claim has a screen issue. They now want to charge us $230 additional. Not $30 which is the trade-in value of the phone but also the bonus $200 for a total of $230. So that will be $460 for both phones. They even provided a picture of the phone screen from inspection and it is in perfect condition. Leaving us scratching our heads as we know the screens are in perfect condition.What a scam. Our trade-in phones are in perfect condition, both inside and cosmetically. The screens look like they did the day we got them. They look brand new as we use heavy phone cases and built in screen protectors.Now we are seeing tons of people who are getting scammed by OnePlus with trade-ins as well. OnePlus is not honoring their trade in value so we are returning both new OnePlus 11 phones for full refunds because we are in the 15 day return warranty and have communicated that with them through their online chat and email.OnePlus is not a very savvy business. They will lose alot of money off us and every referral we have provided. OnePlus now has multiple phones that are going to be returned for full refunds. Losing money on shipping, sales and now these phones can't be sold as new because of the covid era and they are returns.OnePlus could have kept us as Life Long customers if they tried to rectify and just charged us $30 for the value of the phone trade-in they refused but they went too far and greedy charging back the $200 Bonus as well. Again, phones were in perfect mint shape. We will sell them when they return them to us We will no longer be One Plus customers ever again.We have also notified all our friends we have referred to OnePlus over the years about our nightmare and they will not be buying from OnePlus any longer.Now taking our complaints to the online boards, social media, etc. Will be our Life's mission to make sure we can get as many people to not buy OnePlus products.We will go back to Samsung Galaxy s23 UltraThis whole ordeal has pissed us off and has left a very bad taste in our mouth.

Order placed more than a week ago and despite the estimated delivery date passed 3 days ago, product not yet delivered, contacted support team for 3 days ...no feedback or answer to my query..always same answer wait for 48 hrs and I don't know whether they meant 48 yrs each time..Horrible support team ...Not even a reply by email or sms that a complaint is been raised

Received my OnePlus 11 this week....very pleased with it. After the OnePlus 1, 2, 3T, 5T and 6T, this is huge upgrade again. Keep up the good work!!!
