Last update is so bad

Last update is so bad, that my new OnePlus 10 is just as bad, as my old OnePlus 6. Fix the 2 millions bugs before sending the update out.Dude, it's everything that is wrong. I have troubles opening from lock, opening app, changing between apps, when I want to write, i have to hold to get the letters to come forward etc.

My 1st experience with Nord ce 5g is very bad 😔, too much slow,too much lagging problem, camera is also bad , I'm ver disappointed for this . one place broke the trust ,That it is the best Android phone. I used somehow this phone for a long time because there was no other option to me .

This is a follow-up to my previous review, and since it relates to replacing a product and not a new phone that I bought, it deserves a separate review.Long story short, I received a new OnePlus phone with buds on 17 February. I wanted to replace the buds to a different colour, as it was promised to me. I spent quite some time with chatting with a customer service, and they finally agreed to replace the buds on 27 February. But then I had to wait more than a week to receive a return label, and so I shipped the buds on 7 March. They received them on 8 March, and when I was chatting with them the following day or two they confirmed that they passed the quality check, but there's an error with something and they need to investigate.Week passed, it's now 15 March, they have my old buds for a week now, and they still can't tell me when they'll ship me a replacement. I spoke with the customer support several times over the past week, and the only responses I'm getting are:- "our team is still investigating your case, but please rest assured, once there is a proper solution for your case, you will be provided with it as soon as possible"- "the specialized department is investigating"- "once they find a solution for all of them, you will be contacted via email" (The solution is to send me the replacement!)All they say is that they are investigating, that someone will contact me, they can't say when, they can't transfer the chat/call to a supervisor, etc.So it's been a month now that I'm trying to enjoy a new phone without the headphones. Very irritated and disappointed.

Very Poor and Irresponsible Customer Service!

I placed the order on 02/10/2023 for OnePlus 115G Phone + Case, and I didn't receive the product yet. Its been more than 1 month. I have contacted the customer support team several times and no proper response to my queries. And when they respond, the response will be the same - wait for 24 to 48 hours to get back.. I did everything that you OnePlus suggested so far.. And as a customer, I spent more time on this issue than Oneplus actually spent. Being a seller, I don't see any effort from the OnePlus team to resolve my issue and Oneplus never took the responsibility on this. Very poor and horrible customer service.. I am still waiting on OnePlus to issue a refund for my order..

Bought a phone empty box arrived, refused to pay the money back terrible company will never buy a one plus again!After seeing all the other reviews I see this is a trend of no phones being delivered in the Netherlands.Update: we're now two weeks further and still nothing from the company as they promised in their response below (dated: 9th March).This company is a scam, they steal your money and do not send the product, and have the audacity to blame the customer for theft at their end! Do not buy a phone from them! Biggest mistake...Customer service for Netherlands was in Cyprus, however has now moved to Romania en they refuse to speak Dutch, if ever they pick up the phone. They just keep prolonging the so called 'investigation' hoping you give up and go away. Unfortunate for them, I'm not going away and will be seeking legal action now!

Expect a refurbished/tampered device…

Expect a "refurbished"/tampered device if you're not buying the latest model. I received my OnePlus Nord with the seal broken, missing packaging and finger marks on the screen.Also the battery percentage was around 36% which seems suspicious as all new devices usually come with around 80%.They offered to replace the device which will take 7-9 working days. This doesn't seem very fair considering it's an issue with their quality control on their side which is our of my control!!This isn't my first OnePlus. I have had most models since the first one but this will definitely be my last after talking to their customer service!Order number - E312303015090001596

RMA NUMBER RE1230203508100039.I sent my Oneplus Buds Pro in for repair about 2 weeks ago. CTDI says they have completed their checks and that I should contact Oneplus. The problem: OnePlus does not respond to emails or live chat requests!Very poor customer service, the Oneplus Buds Pro are in my possession, in fact I bought them and I am not given any information on their whereabouts.

Breach of Contract

Hey guys, I sent my phone in as part of a trade in deal when buying a new OnePlus phone. OnePlus kept the phone and have not sent any cashback for it. So they have my phone and will not send this back either. Put simply I'm now filing a claim at the local county court for restitution and breach of contract.Don't ever deal with this company (OnePlus) again.Yours sincerely,

I purchased a OnePlus Nord CE 5G phone…

I purchased a OnePlus Nord CE 5G phone and it had a problem with the proximity sensor and screen brightness.I returned it twice for repair and twice they did a software update that failed to resolve the problemThey now want me to send it in again for another attempt. The customer service is appalling and the repair centre is useless.

Phone got lost - Oneplus doesn't care!

Phone got lost - Oneplus clearly doesn't care!Bought my OP 11 on 11th february, my parcel got 'lost' because they didn't write my number correctly on the package and up until today I still didn't receive anything. (Ticket: 230221-004788) I sincerely hope they're going to fix this asap!
