Review Time
My first order was through Home Depot and I was so happy with that that I placed my second order directly through their website on March 18, 2024. They charged my credit card but only after several emails and asking them to cancel my order it came in April 8th or 10th. Pear tree’s top was broken but it’s growing nicely the Italian prune tree came with no indication of planning to live. The roots were so short that the tree didn’t survive. I planted it and waited for any signs of life with no results. Contacted company and was advised to do the scratch test and send them pictures of that which I did. After a month or so and several emails I received another request for better pictures of the scratch testing. It’s the middle of August and tree is dead and I have no response from them. How can I get my tree replacement? It’s not the money I am looking for it’s the tree I want.
I rrdered a Apircot Tree April 4th. Did not receive until April 20th tree leaves were dried up and tree looked dead. After numerous calls, text and emails did not receive any communication from online orchards. Very poor customer service. Would not use online orchards again.😒
I ordered two cherry trees, received email confirming order, but no other information. After two weeks I received a shipment is on its way email, but no delivery date. Nine days later I received a delivered email. The trees were supposed to be 3 to 4 feet tall, one was 33 inches and the other was 36 inches. The BIG problem I have with both trees are the roots, what was left of the roots was miniscule compared to the tree. I will never consider using online orchards again. I will have to wait and see if they survive.
I cant be more happy with my purchase. After a week the trees started to show new leaves, and now they show small sprouts. Thankyou so much!I read all the positive and negative reviews. Mine is based in what I see and experienced. TY TY TY!
I always like to wait until I’ve had a product for a while before giving a review and this one is no different. I’ve had my dwarf tree for several weeks now and it’s already budding and doing wonderful. I was shocked at how tall it was when it came. It was 3 feet, tall not including the root base. I’m very excited to see how long it takes before it bears fruit. I have tried to grow other dwarf trees in my house in the past, and in just a few weeks this one is doing better than any of the others I’ve had.
I ordered two cherry trees. They came very well secured in hay and moisture holding gels and plastic, I planted them and they sprouted very well. The next tree is Prune trees, the roots were cut too close to trunk, no feathery roots, and it is taking longer to sprout, I am still waiting, luckily it is raining quite often , so I am hoping it will gets its footing. I emailed the company about the prune trees, let us see how they make it right.So far I am confidant. let us see how it flourishes, I will write a follow up. It is very convenient and smart way to make orchard at home with their support. Love it, Judy P
