I ordered two King Maple trees...the red is so vibrant and will make a beautiful addition to my yard. Trees arrived very well packed, beautiful condition and included great instructions for planting. They are now a part of my yard and we can not wait for their beauty as the grow and thrive. Will keep Orchard Online in my contacts for the next time we need plants or trees. Thanks! My son ordered two Castle Spire Holly Shrub Vigorous Grower Shrubs for us and they are very nice looking. Can't wait for the plants to bloom berries! The plants were just planted a week ago, but seem to be thriving. Shipping was as expected. The only thing that I would have liked better is if they were wrapped better for protection during shipping. They were a little ragged looking when they got to his home. Glad to see that they seem pretty hardy. I would order again.
I ordered 8 fruit trees from the company. Besides the initial confirmation email received no other sign of life for a month. I sent multiple emails and never received any response until over a week after I had to escalate my case to paypal in order to get my money back. I received half my order that they shipped weeks and weeks after I had asked them to cancel it. The trees came with mold on the root balls, broken branches, and they were stuffed into a super tiny bock not fit for even one tree. The trees were pruned WAY too much on the roots. When I did finally get a response 5 weeks later the service representative was nice and said I would get a full refund through paypal. SUCH A WASTE OF TIME. I should have just bought local from the beginning.
Ordered two tree's on April 20, 2020, Received a text stating the tree's were shipped on 04/25/2020. The tracking number provided shows usps is still waiting on items in question. Today is May 15, 2020. I have sent countless Emails, Called, Used Facebook messenger And I have received not one response from them. These people are crooks plain and simple. BBB's rating is an "F" Beware of this company.
