I have paid almost CHF 300 and after 3…

I have paid almost CHF 300 and after 3 months I have still not received my Towels. They sent a tracking number which never arrived and the package had apparently been returned to sender as my address was not clear on the package. Now 3 months later I have not received anything and they keep asking for me to be patient 😡
