I ordered 2 large family sets of towels but ordered the heavier weight towels but on receiving them they feel very light weight and not what it looks like in the pictures. I have tried contacting them twice via their website which is the only way they can be contacted and still no response from anyone. Really disappointed with this purchase, I do not recommend

Truly the best towels I’ve tried

I’ve bought towels from several 5high-end brands, but nothing compares to these I was so impressed with my first set that I ordered another just to have extras. The bath sheets are like cozy bath blankets and absorb so well. If you’re on the fence, go for it. You won’t regret it

Great for Guests

I purchased these towels specifically for when family and friends come to visit, because I wanted something nicer than my everyday set. The first time my sister stayed over, she actually asked me where I got them because she thought they felt like hotel towels. That was a huge compliment. I ended up ordering another set just for us, because they’re too nice to only save for guests. They look great hanging in the bathroom and add a touch of luxury to the space.

A wolf in fake towling

55 years old and pretty tec savvy and I still cant believe I got the wool pulled over my eyes by this site.I ordered £250 worth of towels and bundles for our bathrooms on the premise of them being "Luxury"These are about as far away from that as they could possibly be.They are none absorbent, not Egyptian cotton, and they wash like something from a market stall.The reviews are fake and a lot of the grammar is noticeable.Please don't be like me and waste your money.Buy "Christies" or " Hotel" DO NOT BUY THIS FAKE RUBBISH

FRAUD - FALSE ADVERTISING

This is a scam - the towels are terrible quality and nothing like what was advertised. The majority of them fell apart after first use. They are shipped from China which makes returns expensive and they refuse to cover return shipping expenses. For those who have purchased towels, I encourage you to try and submit a charge back request with your bank to get your money back.

Scam, don't get near Onuia!

The towels are not even close to what was promised. Cheap Chinese towels. I don't understand the people giving 5* here. Are they real????? No one who paid that money would praise these shi*** towels. Should be checked.
