It’s a scam, they are not closing their shop they are selling cheap shit supposedly from Holland but it’s a Chinese scam!!!The quality is not great and it’s not Egyptian cotton but Chinese cotton maybe not even cotton. It’s because of scammers like this that legit small business are closing down worldwide!!! As a consumer I’m losing faith in everything I see and read because of companies like this. I’m not sure if I’m more mad at them or myself for falling for it! But the attention to detail is great it looks very believable until you see the tracking comes from china and you see the product. 0 stars!!!
Another disappointed customer AVOID at all costs. Have been scammed just like everyone else on here the quality is SO bad. False marketing of a “premium” product and “easy returns and refund” with zero unaccountability of this actually being true. They’re cheap rubbish quality, produced in China and only way to return is paying £40 of shipping back there, and customer service is an annoying bot - global neoliberal capitalism at its absolute worst.
Excellent customer ServiceAlthough I was unhappy with the product delivered, as mentioned in my original review, however, when I reached out to the customer services team, they were great. They were very helpful and dealt with my concerns. They very effectively accepted the fault, as they had a faulty batch delivered, realised their mistake and did not hesitate in compensation. I would definitely say excellent customer service and this matters a lot…This company is a total scam. The product shown and described on their website while ordering is opposite to what you receive. The original product is not luxurious at all. After the first wash (even before use), the stitching is all ripped. The towels are not fluffy or soft as described. I even wonder if it's the right 800gsm weight as described on their website. This is about their most luxurious product, God knows what other products would be like.
In my experience, this felt like nothing more than a low-quality, scam-like operation. The product I received was cheap, poorly made, and completely inconsistent with the way it was advertised. On top of that, they refused to honour basic Australian consumer refund expectations, making the whole situation even more frustrating. I would never recommend purchasing from this company.
I received these towels recently and was genuinely impressed by the quality. They’re super soft, very absorbent, and feel just like luxury hotel towels. Even after washing them, they keep their texture and color — something I really appreciate because most towels get rough so quickly.They also dry fast and don’t hold any humidity smell. You can tell they’re well-made and built to last.They’ve definitely elevated my daily routine — it feels like a little touch of luxury at home.
The towels got here in a timely manner and were the softest towels I've ever used! I was also surprised because some towels that seem higher quality don't always soak up very good, but these towels do. I am adamant about having the perfect towels and these towels were exactly that!
