Stay away from these con artists

Stay away from these con artists. Drove 2.5 hours after agreeing on a price and putting a deposit down on the camper that the salesperson said “locked in my price” just for them to tell me they screwed up and had me down for a $10,000 down payment when there was no discussion of a down payment. After they admitted their wrongdoing they did nothing to try to make it right. Will never buy from them again and will spread the word to go elsewhere.

They are liars!

I would give them a negative number if I could. Wasted almost all morning talking to Taylor Kittle about them buying my RV. He said he could help me with them buying it. Then after a lot of questions he then tells me my only option is consignment!! Then he said he didn't lie about it. Well, evading telling the truth is the same as lying! THEIR WEBSITE SAYS NOTHING ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO PURCHASE BASED ON AGE!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM

Bought a camper in 2023 and purchased a warranty as well with it. Traded the camper in a couple months ago and canceled the warranty. Warranty company sent the remaining balance/check to Optimum RV and said they would forward it to me. 2 months later and MANY repeated calls and messages left for Optimum's manager, Optimum has basically stolen my money at this point.

Note: This is not a review of Optimum RV’s RV products or consignment services. This reflects my personal experience as a former remote contractor.I was fully committed to my role and consistently delivered quality work, so being terminated without warning or feedback was deeply disappointing.There was always a fear of being let go suddenly, with no clear KPIs or regular communication to help guide performance. This created an unhealthy and stressful work environment.A company—no matter how big or small—should not treat its team members this way. Remote workers deserve respect, support, and transparency like anyone else.Advice to Management:Treat your people with fairness. Offer clear expectations, regular feedback, and open communication. When employees feel secure and valued, they do their best work.

Thus place is very unprofessional

I give this place one star due to the friendliness the staff here shows, but of course they want you to buy or sell. My husband and I traded in our camper on a consignment camper from their lot on 06/26/2025. It is now 07/31/2025, and our old camper has not been paid off yet, and the loan paperwork just got completed 07/25/25. Our first payment on the new camper was on 07/26/2025. We now have two payments to make on two separate campers, in which one we no longer have and is already listed for sale on their lot. I have made phone call after phone call and am always given "They will give you a call back, they are currently busy," or "I will have to talk to so and so, then give you a call back." I have yet to receive a phone call back. The business they provide after they make a sale is very unprofessional.

I never got my tags from optimum rv

I never got my tags from optimum rv. I purchased the vehicle 6 months ago late may or June 2025 and we are now midway into NOV, I have not received my tags or title. I am stuck making payments on the vehicle I do not technically own. I call every day to get an update but these guys are refusing to answer my calls.

I would not give them any stars if possible. I met with Will Goodman to look at a Newmar coach worth 250k I had concerns with the way the rv shook when driving. Well make sure you read all these reviews before dealing with this company. I should have read more and BELIEVED them. When I had my concerns after driving the rv Will had me sign a "WE OWE" aggrement stating the issues found and with that aggrement I had to put $5000.00 down or they would not even touch the rv to make any repairs to interest me in purchasing the rv. We after we discussed tires Will plain told me if we have to put a set of tires on it we will.You put the 5k down and we will fix it. Period or we will give you your money back. Well that turned out to be a huge LIE. After I left after leaving 5k as a good faith toward them repairing the rv to my liking so we could purchase everything just stalled. They repaired the few minor cabinet repairs that I could have done in an hour. But the biggest concern that I clearly stated to Will was the shaking when driving. Optimum took it to their guy and stated the rv still shook after getting tires balanced and that it was supposed to shake. This will be my fourth rv and none of them shake as I am in the tire and repair business and all my rvs drive like a dream. Wll after they said they could not repair it I tried to help and found a tire store close to them and they said they would take a look at it. after the tech put on 2 tires and said the other tires were out of round and it needed more tires. I had not got off the phone with the tires store when Will texted me from Optimum and said they were picking up the rv and it drove smooth as can be. Now why would the tire store guy tell me different. We were suppose to drive down june 14th to trade our newmar and pick up the newer one. Being skeptical I flew down instead and to my instincts the rv just still shook. We went back to the store and I was unhappy. I was tired of the back and fourth with the sales manager so Will got Rich Wosnoski one of the sales managers. As I stated to Rich what was discusse on the we owe aggrement Rich clearly stated the rv was in ready to go condition and if I did not take it I would not get my money back. I asked 3 times and Rich stated I was not getting it back. Well I left with out the rv and had to hire an attorney and go back and fourth for a month and a half. I spent hours on the phone calling the storeg getting put on hold for hours and never being able to get a hold of anyone I finally talked to someone who cared in the customer relations department. She read my attourneys letter and she helped me get a refund. DO NOT do business with these people as all the reviews are 100% TRUE as I found out. What was supposed to be a dream purchase turned into a nightmare. DO NOT USE OPTIMUM RV as they will take advantage of you and FORCE you into subpar rvs. AND THEY WERE ASKING THE HIGHEST AMOUNT FOR THAT EXACT RV I COULD GET ELSEWHERE FOR OVER 10-15K LESS!! Thats what you get for not reading reviews!!! AND KEEP IN MIND THEY HAVE A SERVICE THAT GETS RID OF THE BAD REVIEWS AS THIS IS THE THIRD TIME I HAVE SUBMITTED THIS REVIEW BUT I WILL KEEP POSTING TO HELP OTHERS!!!

This is the worse place to buy an rv!! Stay away!!! We had so many bad experiences with this place,,just to much to mention! Do not buy here!!!!

Oklahoma City Joke

Went to trade in my class c for a class a. They added about $5000 in made up fees to the advertised price....ok warning sign there.....Then on top of that they offered me $16,000 less than the Low retail value which they acknowledged was correct.. I know you need to make money but c'mon. So of course i walked. They did not even look at my trade. They are a strictly a numbers outfit. The numbers grossly in their favor. Explains why unit was on the web site for over 200 days! Cant believe I drove so far for nothing!
