nothing was good about our entire experience. DO NOT let them charge you the $999 pre-inspection fee. Ours was no more than a power wash - the day of the sale - it was the most atrocious sales experience I have had in 53+ years. Stay away.

Be afraid, be very afraid. Just don’t do it.

Just don’t do it. The lack of communication once they have you is unreal. William Vernon is the worst, he has never replied to any of my e-mails since Dec. 18! The supposed GM Scott Caylor doesn’t reply either. If the “managers” don’t reply, I hate to see how the sales people do with no accountability. I even CC’d the “owner” Denver Beck. Think I got a reply? Nope. I’m sure he has bigger fish to fry. You know, like playing 18 somewhere. I had my unit here for consignment. And the only reason I did was due to health issues so I couldn’t be in Florida. Worst mistake ever. It was sold (I’m guessing since no one has ever told me) mid-December and I still have no check. Christy said 30 days, we’re well beyond that now. No one knows where the check is other then to tell me (2 weeks ago) “ I’ll have to get a tracking number from corporate “. Remind me, how long does it take to get a tracking number? Look up my other yelp review for Optimum RV- Ocala or the many other 1 star reviews they have before you decide to do business here. I can’t imagine how they’ll treat you after the sale. Oh, you wanna know? Read the reviews on the BBB site as well. Note; I was never in a hurry for the check, but I just wanted constant communication about status of sale, when it sold etc.,. The only reason I knew it sold was because it was listed as sold and then taken off their web-site. William Vernon never advised me, even after 2-3 e-mails, a voice mail and the consignment rep letting him know I was lookin for answers. I’d like to have the $299.00 back I paid for the consignment fee. But I’ll just take my check and never do business here or recommend them. You shouldn’t either.

Steer clear

Steer clear, is my recommendation. Unless you do not mind being manipulated and bullied when you do not do what they want, which is to allow them to rip you off. My experience was at the Spartanburg, SC dealership. Steven is the name of sales person that which I had the unfortunate experience. He said he was a Spartanburg Police Detective. Not a very prudent disclosure given his manipulative, bullying type of behaviors. I was interested in selling my toy hauler. Steven made me a ridiculous offer for the unit and then he refused to provide me with a written estimate. Further, he expected me to sign the title over with nothing more than a verbal that, "the check will be there in 7-10 business days". When I questioned this nonsense, he became agitated and insisted that that is how dealerships conduct business. Ridiculous. When I made the decision that I would give it away to someone of my choosing before selling it to them, they would not allow the church organization to pick the unit up at the dealership. Pillars of the community. The general Manager, Gabriel, simply avoided me. It is my experience that the higher ups know what is going on and have no intention of improving or changing their bully style customer service tactics. That was my experience the end of July 2023
