Having bought a new printer I had problems with installation so I installed Outbyte's software as I was unsure of what to do The tech was very good and sorted it out a very complex method that i would not have been able to do Apart from his help I find that the driver programme I installed is very thorough

My printer problem was resolved.

My printer problem was resolved by a technician called Sam. He was very responsive and once taking control of my laptop quickly had the driver issue sorted.
