My order took quite a while to arrive, but I understand that the holidays can be busy. Customer service was excellent, with incredibly fast responses—literally within 2 minutes. However, the ring I ordered was too big, and I was disappointed that exchanges aren't free since I have to pay for return shipping. I did receive a code for free shipping. Overall, it was a good experience, and the products matched the descriptions.
The communication with the support team was outstanding. My first order was delayed in customs, but they quickly agreed to send a replacement. The second bracelet arrived without issues and is of great quality—worth every penny. I will definitely order again.

On January 4th, 2026, I ordered a ring named 'The Wingman' in size 10. After a week of waiting with no updates, I tracked the package and saw it was stuck in New York. I contacted the support team and explained my situation. While they aren't the postal service, I had paid for an item that hadn’t arrived. I got a quick response from a representative who assured me he would monitor the situation. Within 24 hours, the ring arrived, looking fantastic and fitting perfectly! Thank you to the team for the great support.
I've made two purchases from this platform (first necklaces, then rings). The quality of their jewelry is excellent; I wear their necklaces daily. I ordered the rings in the wrong size but am gifting most for Christmas. When I asked to change the size of the rings I wanted to keep, the customer service was incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this platform for unique and alternative rings.
Do not buy if you think you may need to return. It’s is impossible to do so. Limited information given, charge you money to return then want you to pay taxes on the return even though they tell you at the time of returning that you don’t. Not only do I have a necklace that is horrible, I am out of pocket trying to return, only for it to returned back to me and no refund issued. Shocking customer service.
